Rose Saffron Chia and Flax Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a blender, add coconut milk, Satya Blends Meethi Rose, Carrington Farms Beet Root Powder and honey/maple syrup. Blend until smooth. 
  2. In a large jar or container, add Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds, Carrington Farms Organic Milled Flax Seeds and milk mixture. Shake or mix well. 
  3. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes at least. 
  4. Scoop in a bowl and garnish with Satya Blends Sona Saffron and toppings of your choice.
