  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, packed
  • 1 scoop Carrington Farms Coconut Protein
  • 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 1/2 cup light vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 tablespoons raw honey
