BEET ROOT & MCT PROTEIN BLAST SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 scoops Tera’s Simply Pure Plain Whey Protein or Carrington Farms Coconut Protein Blend
- 2 teaspoons Carrington Farms Beet Root Powder
- 1 tablespoon Carrington Farms MCT Oil Powder
- 1 Medium Banana
- ½ cup frozen berries of fruit of choice
- ¼ Plain Yogurt or yogurt substitute
- ½ cup Milk or favorite milk substitute or just water
- Optional add ins:
- 2 tablespoons Carrington Farms Organic Flax Chia Blend
- Sweetener to taste
- ½ knob of fresh ginger
- Leaves of a sprig of mint

- Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass or tumbler and enjoy!
