Ingredients: 

Toppings

  • fresh or frozen berries 
  • nuts/seeds of choice 
  • crunch granola or cereal 
  • coconut flakes 
  • white chocolate chips 

 

Directions:

  1. Add frozen veggies & fruit into a blender 
  2. Add in Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds and Carrington Farms Organic Flax Hemp Blend 
  3. Add in milk last 
  4. Blend till thick consistency - approximately 3 minutes at a normal speed. Add more milk for more liquid consistency.
  5. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings, enjoy!
