Copycat Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs


  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Carrington Farms’ Organic Coconut Oil, melted
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops tera’s unflavored protein powder, whey or plant-based (optional)
  • 5-6 tbsp Carrington Farms Coconut Flour

Outer Chocolate Layer

  • 1 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Oil
  • 1 chocolate bar


  1. Whisk together peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Add in protein powder (optional) and coconut flour and stir thoroughly.
  3. Form mixture into 1.5-inch egg shapes and lay them on parchment paper (should make around 12 eggs).
  4. Place peanut butter eggs in the freezer for 10 minutes to chill.
  5. To make outer chocolate layer: melt coconut oil and broken up chocolate bar in a bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between.
  6. Remove peanut butter eggs from freezer and using two forks, dip eggs into the melted chocolate. Once coated, place back onto parchment paper or cooling rack. Let them harden in the freezer for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
