Dairy-free Matcha Latte by Gail

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place your water in a pot on the stovetop. Heat the water to a boil and then let the steam rise for 2 minutes
  2. In a blender (or you can you an immersion blender), add your coconut milk, Carrington Farms Matcha Powder, and packet of Carrington Farms MCT Oil Powder
  3. One the water is at desired temperature, add into the blender and blend until smooth and the powder has dissolved
  4. To make it an iced matcha latte, add ½ cup of ice after following steps 1-3
