Delish Stilton-Pear Crostini Drizzled with Pumpkin Seed Oil

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Cut rounded tops off rolls, then slice each in half horizontally.
  3. Brush the top of each roll with about 3 tablespoons pumpkin seed oil.
  4. Place brushed side up on a baking sheet, and bake until golden brown, 7 to 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven. While still warm, place cheese and pears on toasted rolls.
  6. Arrange rolls on a serving tray. Top with pumpkin seeds and drizzle with remaining pumpkin seed oil.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
