Gillian’s Gluten-Free Baked Chicken Wings

Gillian’s Gluten-Free Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Carrington Farms Cassava Flour
  • Your favorite wing sauce

Directions

  1. Thoroughly wash all of the chicken wings with water.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt & pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place all of the wings into a plastic bag and let them marinate for at least an hour.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400F and prepare a plate with Carrington Farms Cassava flour.
  5. Evenly coat the front and back side of each wing with the flour.
  6. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray and place the wings onto the tray.
  7. Bake for 90 minutes or until crispy and brown, flipping the wings halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  8. Once your wings are fully cooked, place them into a plastic bag.
  9. Pour the wing sauce into the bag and shake until wings are evenly coated. If you prefer, just serve the sauce on the side.
