Hot Chocolate No Bake Pie

  • 1 ½ cup vanilla yogurt (don’t use Greek)
  • 3 tbsp nut milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup dark cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp Carrington Farms Xanthan Gum

For the Crust:

  • 2 packages chocolate graham crackers
  • ¼ cup Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Oil (melted)


  1. Make the crust by crumbling the graham crackers into fine pieces (I used a food processor) and then mixing in the melted coconut oil.
  2. Once fully combined, press into a pie pan and push down with a clean measuring cup to press against the walls and base.
  3. Place crust into the fridge to set up.
  4. While the crust is setting, combine all pie ingredients into a bowl and combine.
  5. Once fully incorporated, allow the filling to set in the fridge for at least thirty minutes.
  6. Pour filling into the pie crust and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  7. Once set, slice and enjoy!
