Keto Naan Bread


  • ½ cup Carrington Farms Coconut Flour
  • ¼ cup Carrington Farms Xanthan Gum
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ⅔ cup softened butter or Carrington Farm Organic Ghee
  • 1 cup hot water
  • ¼ cup Carrington Farm Organic Coconut Cooking Oil


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, xanthan gum and baking powder.
  2. Add the softened butter or ghee, combine.
  3. Pour in hot water and mix until dough is formed and can be picked up in a large ball.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 balls. Between two sheets of parchment paper roll each into a naan bread shape with a rolling pin.
  5. Heat a frying pan and add some coconut oil. Cooking each naan bread until brown on each side. Serve warm.
