Leftover BBQ Lunch Box:

 

Ingredients:

 

4 oz Filet Mignon

1 tsp Carrington Farms Garlic Coconut Oil

1 tsp Steak Seasoning of Choice

Foil Pan

1 Corn on the Cob

Carrington Farms Himalayan Sea Salt Ghee

Smoked Paprika, to taste

 

Instructions:

Steak:

  1. Preheat grill on a high heat. Remove steak from fridge for 20 minutes before placing on the grill. Top steak with coconut oil and steak seasoning.
  2. When the grill is heated, place steak on foil pan and grill for 2-3 minutes on high heat, turn over and on low heat and grill for another 2-3 minutes
  3. Remove steak from grill and let sit for 10 minutes before eating. Steak will continue to cook while off heat.

Corn:

  1. Soak the husk in water for 30 minutes. Shake off all water. Pull down husks and remove silks.
  2. Cover corn with ghee and paprika. Pull husks back up.
  3. Place on grill for about 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes until done.
  4. Remove from grill and remove husks.
