Low Carb Flax Chia Pudding

Low Carb Flax Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • 2 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Flax Chia Blend
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds

Directions

  1. Stir together the chia seeds and flax chia blend with the almond milk and vanilla extract. Microwave for 2-3 minutes until hot. Let sit for 2-3 minutes for the chia and flax to expand.
  2. Top with chopped almonds and other toppings you like.
