Matcha Mint Chia Pudding

Matcha Mint Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk (cow, oat or almond milk will all work)
  • 4-6 tablespoons Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons Maple Syrup ( or your favorite sweetener)
  • 2 teaspoons Carrington Farms Matcha Tea Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Peppermint Extract

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mason jar or shaker bottle stir together all ingredients.
  2. If you are using a mason jar or blender bottle, you can put the lid on and shake the mixture to combine.
  3. Once the chia pudding mixture is well combined, let it sit for a few minutes and give it another stir/shake to break up any clumps of chia seeds, cover and put the mixture in the fridge to “set” for 2 hours or overnight.
  4. The chia pudding should be nice and thick, if you used 6 tablespoons of chia seeds, if you used 4 it will be more fluid. Either way it if it not thick enough, just add more chia seeds (about 1 Tablespoon), stir and refrigerate for another 30 minutes or so.
