Matcha Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients:

• 4 ounces hot water
• 1/4 tsp Carrington Farms Organic Matcha Powder
• 3 tbsp brown sugar
• 20 mint leaves
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1 cup Belvoir Farms Elderflower Lemonade
• Ice

For garnish: lime slices and extra mint 

Directions:

1. In a bowl, whisk together the hot water and Carrington Farms Organic Matcha Powder until smooth. Whisk until the matcha is completely dissolved and set aside to cool.

2. Add the brown sugar and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle together, crushing the mint leaves as you mix.

3. Add lime juice to the mint leaves in the cocktail shaker.

4. Add the matcha powder and water mix to the shaker and fill with ice.

5. Cover the cocktail shaker and shake well for 20 seconds.

6. Add ice to two glasses and strain the matcha mix into each glass.

7. Top each drink with Belvoir Farm Elderflower Lemonade and garnish with lime slices and extra mint leaves. ENJOY!
