Matcha Overnight Oats

Recipe by Deborah Orlick Levy, MS, RDN

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup whole grain oats
  • 2 T Carrington Farms Flax/Chia Seed
  • 1 tsp Carrington Farms Culinary Matcha powder
  • 5 fresh strawberries - sliced
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 T honey
  • Wide mouth mason jar

Directions:

  • Mix oats, flax/chia seeds, and matcha powder together. Add 4 sliced strawberries and the 1/2 banana in a mason jar. (The other sliced strawberry will be added in the morning. )
  • Pour milk and honey over the oat mixture.
  • Put lid on securely and shake well.
  • Place mixture in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, top with drizzle of honey and sliced strawberries and bananas if desired.
