Oatmeal Fudge Bites

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Carrington Farms Organic Vanilla Coconut Spread
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • Aluminum foil loaf pan


  • In a saucepan over medium high heat, combine butter, milk, sugar and cocoa. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and continue to boil for about 3 more minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and add Vanilla Coconut Spread until melted completely and mixture is smooth.
  • Add oats and mix well until fully coated.
  • Add to loaf pan and place in fridge until hardened, at least 5 hours.
  • Cut into small squares with a spatula and serve.

Keep refrigerated.
