Quick n’ Easy Quiche Crust
1 cup Carrington Farm Organic Coconut Flour
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 cup Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Cooking Oil, Unflavored
1⁄4 cup ice water
Mix flour and salt with fork.
- Beat oil and water with fork until combined.
- Pour liquid mixture into flour and mix until it forms into a crust consistency
- Press into 9" pie crust.
Fill with quiche mixture and bake at 400F until done.
