Avocado Hummus

Avocado Hummus


1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas fullsizerender-4-.jpg(or 1 15-oz BPA -free can drained and rinsed)

1 large avocado

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

2 TBSP Carrington Farms Coconut & Avocado Cooking Oil Blend

1 large clove garlic, chopped

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp ground cumin

1/8 ground cayenne pepper



Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.  

Serve with pita chips or crudites and enjoy!
