Breakfast Linzer “Cookie”

You need:

Raspberry chia jam

2 slices of your favorite bread

Heart sprinkles (optional)


To make the raspberry chia jam you need:

1 cup raspberries

1 tbsp water

2 tbsp sweetener of choice (stevia used here)

2 tbsp Carrington Farms chia seeds


In a small pot, heat raspberries and water for just a few minutes until they start to look mushy. With a fork, mash them until they have the texture of preserves. Add the sweetener, mash some more and turn off heat. Stir in chia seeds and wait for the jam to cool before serving. Assemble sandwich “cookie” and enjoy!
