Flaxseed Shake

Flaxseed Shake

Serves: 1
Cook Time: 1 minute

  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1⁄2 cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc)
  • 2 teaspoons organic agave nectar
  • 1-2 tablespoons Carrington Farms Organic Milled flaxseed
  • 1 cup cold water
  • scoop vanilla protein powder or Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 banana
  • 1⁄2 tablespoon flaxseed oil optional

Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend on low for 10 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.
