Garlic and Parmesan Flax Chia crackers



Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients until they are well mixed.

Line a baking pan with a silicon mat or parchment paper. If using parchment paper, spray with cooking spray. Spread the cracker mixture evenly, you want the crackers to be about 1/8 inch thick. Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned around the edges and the center isn’t soft anymore. Allow to cool and crisp up, breaking into pieces for eating. If you prefer a more uniform cracker you can score the batter halfway  through baking.
