Kale & Shallots

Kale & Shallots

• 1 bunch kale leaves, washed and dried
• 1 shallot, minced
• 1 tbsp Carrington Farms garlic flavor coconut cooking  oil, divided
• sea salt
• black pepper


In a heated nonstick pan, sauté the shallot using half the oil, for about 1 minute.

Add kale leaves and cover pan with lid for a few minutes until they start to wilt down (like spinach).

Once the kale is cooked down, drizzle remaining oil over wilted kale and season with salt and black pepper. Toss it once to distribute flavor evenly. Turn off heat and enjoy alone or as a side.
