Peanut Butter Nutella Mug Cake
Ingredients
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp peanut flour (such as PB2)
3 tbsp milk (dairy or any nut milk)
1 tbsp Carrington Farms coconut oil
1 egg
1 tbsp Nutella
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug until the consistency of cake batter. Microwave for 2-3 minutes and let cool. Top with your favorite cream and berries.
