Pumpkin Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1/3 cup spinach
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup walnuts
1 tbsp Carrington Farms MCT oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Pinch each cloves, nutmeg and handful of ice
Directions:
Combine ingredients in food processor, blend and enjoy!
Makes two servings.
