  • ⅓ cup Carrington Farms Organic coconut flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 6 eggs
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup Carrington Farms coconut oil
  • ⅓ cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup walnuts, chopped
  • ⅓ cup mini marshmallows (Gluten free or regular)
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (dairy free or regular)


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, honey, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined well.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until combined well.
  5. Spray a baking tin with non-stick spray. Pour batter into the tin. Add some additional chopped walnuts, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips on top (optional step —can also be done after cake is baked)
  6. Place into the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
