Whipped Ricotta with Lemon Dip
Ingredients:
- 15 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Flax Cooking Oil
- 1 medium lemon (for juice and zest)
- salt and black pepper to taste
- Carrington Farms Keto Bread Mix
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Using an electric mixer, whisk until combined and fluffy, for 2-3 minutes, starting low and then increasing to medium speed.
- Make the Carrington Farms Keto Bread according to the packaging instructions.
- Spread dip on the bread and enjoy!
