Yogurt Bark
Ingredients:
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp Carrington Farms Beet Root Powder
- 1 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
Directions:

Mix yogurt with Carrington Farms Beet Root Powder and whisk until there are no lumps.

Spread the mixture on a pan lined with parchment paper. The layer should be around 1/4 inch thick.

Top with Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds, blueberries and coconut flakes.

Freeze for 2 hours. Cut into squares before serving.
