MCT Spice Booster Shots

Ingredients:

For Lemon Ginger MCT Shot (makes about 12 oz):

  • 1 medium-sized orange, peeled & roughly chopped
  • 1 medium-sized lemon, peeled & roughly chopped
  • 4-5 inches of ginger root, roughly chopped
  • 2 inches of turmeric root
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ¼ tsp Carrington Farms Organic MCT Oil

For Everything Green MCT Shot (makes about 12 oz):

  • ½ apple, roughly chopped 
  • 3 celery stalks, roughly chopped
  • ½ cucumber, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ - ¾ cup coconut water
  • ¼ tsp Carrington Farms Organic MCT Oil

For Carrot Apple Turmeric MCT Shot (makes about 12 oz):

  • 4 carrots, roughly chopped
  • ½ apple, roughly chopped (any variety)
  • 2 inches of ginger root, roughly chopped 
  • 2 inches of turmeric root 
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1½ - 2 cup water
  • ¼ tsp Carrington Farms Organic MCT Oil

For Immune Boosting MCT Shot (makes about 12 oz):

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cucumber, roughly chopped
  • ½ lemon, peeled & roughly chopped
  • 2 Inches of ginger root
  • 1 ¼ cup water
  •  ¼ tsp Carrington Farms Organic MCT Oil

Directions:

  1. For each MCT Spice Booster Shots recipe, add the respective ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. If you prefer a pulp-free shot, pour the liquid over a fine mesh strainer or triple-layered cheesecloth positioned over a large bowl.
  3. Transfer the liquid into 2oz jars (one MCT Spice Booster Shot preparation will give you 6 shots). Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 30 days.
