Fruit, Veggie and Nut Breakfast Bread

Mix in's:


  1. Prepare a 5 x 9 inch loaf pan with Carrington Farms Gluten Free Baking Spray and preheat your oven to 375F.
  2. Whisk together dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients then add to dry ingredients until well combined.
  3. Fold in your Mix in’s.
  4. Place batter into a loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
  5. Let cool for 10 minutes then remove loaf from the pan and transfer to a baking rack to cool completely.
