Garlic Mushrooms

This mouthwatering recipe uses our Carrington Farms Ghee which not only adds rich, buttery flavor, but is a smart choice because of its high smoke point and natural antioxidants.



  1. Spray a skillet with Carrington Farms Coconut Oil Cooking Spray, then add Carrington Farms Organic Ghee to the skillet and place over medium-high heat. 
  2. Sauté the onion until softened (about 3 minutes). Add the mushrooms and cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges. 
  3. Pour in the wine and cook for 2 minutes, to reduce slightly. 
  4. Stir in thyme, parsley and garlic.
  5. Cook for another 30 seconds, until fragrant. Serve hot.
