Goat Cheese & Honey Bites

Ingredients:
- Carrington Farms Organic Ghee, softened
- 1 tsp Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Cooking Oil
- 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup pecans, chopped
- Royal Holland Goat Cheese, sliced
- Honey, for drizzling
- Fresh thyme, for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly spread ghee on each slice.
- Toast in the oven for 5–10 minutes, or until golden and crisp around the edges.
- Meanwhile, heat coconut oil in a small sauté pan over medium heat. Add chopped pecans and cinnamon and toast, stirring frequently, until fragrant and lightly browned. Remove from heat.
- Place slices of goat cheese on the warm toasted baguette.
- Drizzle each crostini with honey.
- Sprinkle with the toasted cinnamon pecans.
- Finish with fresh thyme and serve immediately.
