Goat Cheese & Honey Bites

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly spread ghee on each slice.
  2. Toast in the oven for 5–10 minutes, or until golden and crisp around the edges.
  3. Meanwhile, heat coconut oil in a small sauté pan over medium heat. Add chopped pecans and cinnamon and toast, stirring frequently, until fragrant and lightly browned. Remove from heat.
  4. Place slices of goat cheese on the warm toasted baguette.
  5. Drizzle each crostini with honey.
  6. Sprinkle with the toasted cinnamon pecans.
  7. Finish with fresh thyme and serve immediately.
