Keto Caprese Sandwich
Carrington Farms Keto Bread Mix, the keto-certified high protein and fiber blend, allows you to whip up fluffy loafs in no time so you can craft this delicious Caprese Sandwich.
For the keto bread:
For the sandwiches:
- 3-4 tomatoes,
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella
- 1-2 sprigs fresh basil leaves
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Make the Carrington Farms Keto Bread according to package instructions.
- Slice the bread into pieces 1/2” thick and heat 1-2 tablespoons of Carrington Farms Organic Ghee.
- Grill the bread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
- Slice tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into thick slices.
- To make each sandwich, arrange tomatoes in a single layer, topped with a layer of mozzarella cheese, 2-3 large basil leaves, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.
