Matcha Overnight Oats

This quick and delicious recipe is made the night before - making the start of your day even easier.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Mix oats, flax/chia seeds, and matcha powder together. Add 4 sliced strawberries and the 1/2 banana in a mason jar. (The other sliced strawberry will be added in the morning.)
  • Pour milk and honey over the oat mixture.
  • Put lid on securely and shake well.
  • Place mixture in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, top with drizzle of honey and sliced strawberries and bananas if desired.
