Mushroom Coffee Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hot milk or dairy-free milk (such as cashew, oat, coconut, or almond milk)
  • 1 tsp Carrington Farms Mushroom Powder
  • 1 tsp instant coffee (or more for a stronger coffee taste)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup 
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Add Carrington Farms Mushroom Powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, sea salt, vanilla extract, hot milk and instant coffee powder to a small blender or an electric milk frother.
  2. Blend for 30-45 seconds. Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding cinnamon for warmth / spice, more sweetener to taste, or more coffee/espresso for a stronger coffee flavor.
  3. Serve as is, or top with whipped cream or cinnamon. 
  4. This recipe is enjoyed best when fresh. Store the leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the microwave or on a stovetop until hot.
