Mushroom Coffee Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 cup hot milk or dairy-free milk (such as cashew, oat, coconut, or almond milk)
- 1 tsp Carrington Farms Mushroom Powder
- 1 tsp instant coffee (or more for a stronger coffee taste)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Add Carrington Farms Mushroom Powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, sea salt, vanilla extract, hot milk and instant coffee powder to a small blender or an electric milk frother.
- Blend for 30-45 seconds. Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding cinnamon for warmth / spice, more sweetener to taste, or more coffee/espresso for a stronger coffee flavor.
- Serve as is, or top with whipped cream or cinnamon.
- This recipe is enjoyed best when fresh. Store the leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the microwave or on a stovetop until hot.
