Pear and Lupin Breakfast Bake

This protein-packed recipe makes it easy to start each day feeling nourished no eggs or meat necessary. 





  1. Preheat the oven at 350ºF.

  2. Combine the first six ingredients together in a bowl - the mixture will be very wet.

  3. Grease a 9x11 or 8x8 baking dish with Carrington Farms Organic Ghee. Pour in lupin mixture.

  4. Cover the baking dish and cook for 60-65 minutes, until the lupin mixture is almost completely baked through.

  5. While the lupin bake is in the oven, combine the final three ingredients. 

  6. After 60-65 minutes, remove the cover and drizzle topping evenly over the top. 

  7. Place back in the oven, uncovered, and bake for a final 15-20 minutes.

  8. Remove from the oven and serve warm!
