Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

This gluten-free recipe offers a nutritious twist to traditional banana bread as it is rich in MCTs and Omega 3's.


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
  3. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour batter into the pan. Add any additional chocolate chips on top (optional).
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes, then remove loaf from pan.
