The Sacred Ruby

Ingredients:

• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons Carrington Farms Holy Basil Seeds
• 1⁄2 cup jarred grapefruit segments
• 1⁄4 cup grapefruit water from jar
• 1⁄4 cup filtered water
  

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a container ensuing all the seeds are in contact with the water.

Let sit at least 15 mins, or overnight, and enjoy.

You can add more of the jarred grapefruit water to make it more flavorful, or add more or less water to get the pudding to your perfect consistency.
