Bang Bang Chicken Skewers

Ingredients: 

For the bang bang sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha 
  • 4 tbsps Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 heaping teaspoon red miso paste
  • 1 tbsp sriracha, gochugaru, or chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup, honey, or coconut sugar 
  • 2 tbsp water 
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic 
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar 
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Start by adding 1 1/2 lbs of chopped chicken to a bowl. Add Carrington Farm's Organic Grass Fed Butter, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside. 
  2. Add mayonnaise, sriracha, and chili sauce to a bowl and combine. 
  3. Soak your skewers in water 15 minutes before placing them on the grill to avoid burning.
  4. Add chicken pieces to each skewer. Brush on bang bang sauce, and add bang bang chicken skewers to a preheated grill.
  5. Cook bang bang chicken skewers on each side for 5 minutes, flipping halfway. Garnish with cilantro and green onions. Enjoy!
