Bang Bang Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Carrington Farms Organic Grass Fed Ghee
 - 1 1/2 lbs chicken
 - 1 tsp onion powder
 - 1 tsp black pepper
 
For the bang bang sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 - 1 tbsp sriracha
 - 4 tbsps Sweet Chili Sauce
 - 1/4 cup coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce
 - 1 heaping teaspoon red miso paste
 - 1 tbsp sriracha, gochugaru, or chili flakes
 - 1/4 cup maple syrup, honey, or coconut sugar
 - 2 tbsp water
 - 3 cloves chopped garlic
 - 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
 - 1/2 tsp sea salt
 
Directions:
- Start by adding 1 1/2 lbs of chopped chicken to a bowl. Add Carrington Farm's Organic Grass Fed Butter, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
 - Add mayonnaise, sriracha, and chili sauce to a bowl and combine.
 - Soak your skewers in water 15 minutes before placing them on the grill to avoid burning.
 - Add chicken pieces to each skewer. Brush on bang bang sauce, and add bang bang chicken skewers to a preheated grill.
 - Cook bang bang chicken skewers on each side for 5 minutes, flipping halfway. Garnish with cilantro and green onions. Enjoy!
