Chia Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
There is no better way to start your morning with this high fiber smoothie bowl that is sure to be a delight.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2-3 dates
- a dash of honey
- a dash of vanilla and cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds
Toppings:
- 1 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds
- blueberries
- 1 tbsp Granola
- 1 tsp dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Add frozen blueberries, the milk, the Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds and the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend till thick consistency - approximately 3 minutes at a normal speed. Add more milk for more liquid consistency.
- Pour into a bowl and top with the toppings. Enjoy!
