Granola Pizza

Made with our Beet Root Powder, this recipe is a fun twist on pizza with a ton of nutritional benefits and a ton of flavor.
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 2 cups Familia Swiss Müesli Protein Crunch
- ½ cup Old-fashioned oats
- 3 tbsp Carrington Farms Beet Root Powder
- ¼ cup Carrington Farms Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- ¼ cup Peanut butter (or tahini)
On top:
- Coconut yogurt or another dairy-free yogurt
- Fresh berries (such as blueberries, and blackberries)
- Fresh figs
- Agave syrup, or raw organic honey
- Carrington Farms Organic Flax Hemp Blend
Directions:
- Melt the Carrington Farms Organic Virgin Coconut Oil and peanut butter in a bain-marie (or hot water bath), or in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in short increments. Stir together. Then add Carrington Farms Beet Root Powder. Mix well.
- Pour all the crust ingredients into a bowl and stir well. Press the crust firmly into the bottom of a cake or tart pan. (Cover the bottom with a piece of parchment paper.) You can also press the crust firmly onto a refrigerator safe plate and make it about half an inch thick and round pizza.
- Bake at 355°F for 10 minutes, then transfer to your fridge and let cool completely until the crust is firmed up. (Minimum of 1 hour, best overnight)
- Remove from the fridge, spread yogurt on, and top with berries and fig slices. Pour a bit of honey or syrup on top if wished and sprinkle with Carrington Farms Organic Flax Hemp Blend. Cut into slices. Serve and enjoy right away. Store in the fridge.
