Grilled Salmon With Ground Lupin
This recipe is high in protein, fiber, and its sugar-free marinade is made with our Mustard Seed Oil for a wasabi-like kick.
Ingredients:
- 4 - 8oz Salmon filets
- ½ cup Teriyaki sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4-5 tbsp of Carrington Farms Mustard Seed Oil
- 2 cups of Carrington Farms Ground Lupin Bean, Plain
- Optional Toppings: sesame seeds
Directions:
- Mix 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and 1 tablespoon of Carrington Farm Mustard Seed Oil and brush each salmon filet with the mixture. Let sit on the counter for 10-15 minutes for a quick marinade.
- If grilling, line the grill with aluminum foil and brush with mustard seed Oil. (If cooking in a cast iron skillet, heat the pan over medium high with 2-3 tablespoons of mustard seed oil.)
- Place each salmon filet on the heat, skin side down. Let the skin get crisp before flipping, about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip salmon and cook another 2-3 minutes for a perfectly pink center.
- Brush with additional teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve with Carrington Farms Group Lupin Bean, cooked according to the package.
Enjoy!
