High Protein Banana Bark
ingredients:
- 3-4 large bananas
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops Simply Tera’s Pure Dark Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter, divided
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
- 1 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds
directions:
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Simply Tera’s Pure Dark Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, and ¼ cup smooth peanut butter. Mix well then set aside.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper then arrange the sliced bananas into one even layer. Spread the yogurt mixture on top of the bananas then top with the crushed peanuts and Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds.
- Put the remaining ¼ cup of creamy peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 20 seconds until runny. Drizzle over the baking sheet.
- Cover with foil then freeze for 3-4 hours.
- Break apart the high protein banana bark and serve.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
