Immune Boosting Matcha Popcorn
Ingredients:
- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- 3 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Cooking Oil
- ½ tsp Carrington Farms Organic Matcha Powder
- Optional: 1 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Milled Flax Seeds
- ½ tsp salt
Directions:
- Heat Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Cooking Oil and popcorn on high heat in a large pot with a fitted lid. Cover the pot with a lid. Lower the heat to medium-high. Let the kernels pop for several minutes, until popping slows to a “pop” every few seconds. Shake the pot side to side a little to make sure the popcorn on the bottom doesn’t burn.
- Place popcorn in a large bowl and sprinkle with Carrington Farms Organic Matcha Powder and Organic Milled Flax Seeds. Toss until evenly coated. Enjoy!
