Love Bowl

Low in sugar and high in fiber, this nutrient-rich recipe will be easy to love.

Ingredients:

Toppings:

    • fresh or frozen berries 
    • nuts/seeds of choice 
    • crunch granola  
    • coconut flakes 
    • 1 tsp

 

Directions:

  1. Add frozen veggies & fruit into a blender 
  2. Add in Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds and Carrington Farms Organic Flax Hemp Blend 
  3. Add in milk last 
  4. Blend till thick consistency - approximately 3 minutes at a normal speed. Add more milk for more liquid consistency.
  5. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. Add a heart biscuit for the love touch and enjoy!
