- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Flax Hemp Blend
- 1/2 cup of milk of choice
- fresh or frozen berries
- nuts/seeds of choice
- crunch granola
- coconut flakes
- 1 tsp
- Add frozen veggies & fruit into a blender
- Add in Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds and Carrington Farms Organic Flax Hemp Blend
- Add in milk last
- Blend till thick consistency - approximately 3 minutes at a normal speed. Add more milk for more liquid consistency.
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. Add a heart biscuit for the love touch and enjoy!
