Lupin Brownie

These grain-free, low-carb brownies are a delicious dessert that will satisfy your sweet tooth and fill you up.


  1. Combine lupin, cassava flour, almond meal, chocolate chunks and cocoa in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar. Stir to mix well.
  2. Using a fork, beat together egg yolks in a small bowl.
  3. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add liquid coconut oil and egg yolks to the dry ingredients. Mix together well.
  4. Using a whisk, beat egg whites in a small mixing bowl until stiff.
  5. Fold egg whites into large mixing bowl gently using a rubber spatula.
  6. Coat aluminum pan thoroughly with spray.
  7. Spread mixture into pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking to make sure a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  9. Cut into squares.
