Peach, Tomato, Corn, & Crounon Pasta Salad

Toss this vegetarian pasta salad with our organic coconut oil and lemon juice for a fresh and light dish that everyone is sure to love.



  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions. Coat the cooked pasta in 2 tablespoons of coconut olive oil blend to prevent sticking.
  2. Slice the peaches into bite sized pieces.
  3. In a large serving bowl, add the arugula and watercress. Add the pasta, blueberries, and peaches. Season with salt and pepper and toss.
  4. Add in the Carrington Farms Organic Cracked Pepper and Sea Salt Crounons, burrata, and pesto.
  5. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Cooking Oil.
