Protein Packed Avocado Toast

Directions:

  1. Drain and lightly press tofu. Crumble the tofu with a fork or your hands. This removes the need to press the tofu.
  2. Add the crumbled tofu to a small bowl along with the rest of the ingredients (except the ghee) and mash with a fork until combined.
  3. Assemble your avo toast masterpiece, heat the Carrington Farms Organic Ghee over medium heat then pan fry the avo toast until golden on each side!
