Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake
Made with our Pumpkin Seed Oil and simply tera's whey protein powder, this recipe is a thick and creamy vegan shake that tastes just like your favorite fall dessert but without the guilt.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Milk (plant milk will work too)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil
- 1 scoop of simply tera’s organic whey protein, bourbon vanilla
- 1 banana frozen
- 1/2 cup ice
Directions:
- Place the ingredients in the order listed in the blender.
- Blend, starting on low speed and increasing to high until the mixture is smooth.
