Rose Saffron Chia & Flax Pudding

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk
 - 2 tbsp Satya Blends Meethi Rose
 - 4 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds
 - 1 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Milled Flax Seeds
 - 3 tbsp or more (depending your taste) honey or maple syrup
 - 1 tbsp Carrington Farms Beet Root Powder
 - 
1 tbsp Satya Blends Sona Saffron 
Optional topping: chopped pistachios, rose petals, berries and pistachio butter 
Directions:
- In a blender, add coconut milk, Satya Blends Meethi Rose, Carrington Farms Beet Root Powder and honey/maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
 - In a large jar or container, add Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds, Carrington Farms Organic Milled Flax Seeds and milk mixture. Shake or mix well.
 - Place in the fridge for 30 minutes at least.
 - Scoop in a bowl and garnish with Satya Blends Sona Saffron and toppings of your choice.
