Chicken Tikka Masala

serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken 1" cubed (breast or thighs)
  • 4 Tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp Satya Blends Tikka Taaza
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Ghee

Garnish:

  • Dry red chili or fresh green chili
  • Chopped cilantro

Directions:

  1. Marinate chicken in the yogurt and Tikka Taaza for 4 hours or overnight.
  2. In a pan add ghee, add chicken and salt, and saute on high heat till chicken is fully cooked.
  3. After the chicken is cooked, add coconut milk on low heat.
  4. Garnish with dried red chilies or fresh green chilies and chopped cilantro.
  5. Serve with Carrington Farms Ground Lupin Bean
