Chicken Tikka Masala

serves 6
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken 1" cubed (breast or thighs)
 - 4 Tbsp plain yogurt
 - 1/2 cup coconut milk
 - 2 Tbsp Satya Blends Tikka Taaza
 - Salt to taste
 - 2 Tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Ghee
 
Garnish:
- Dry red chili or fresh green chili
 - Chopped cilantro
 
Directions:
- Marinate chicken in the yogurt and Tikka Taaza for 4 hours or overnight.
 - In a pan add ghee, add chicken and salt, and saute on high heat till chicken is fully cooked.
 - After the chicken is cooked, add coconut milk on low heat.
 - Garnish with dried red chilies or fresh green chilies and chopped cilantro.
